The ideal candidate will have experience in both negotiating and litigating.
Responsibilities:
prepare pleadings, defend and take depositions, help prepare cases for trial, review case files, meet with clients, review discovery responses, and engage in the litigation process.
Experience is a plus but not necessary.
Willingness to learn and work hard is a must.
This is a fast paced litigation position that requires attention to detail, a very strong work ethic, and a desire to be taught by experienced lawyers.

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE! Job Type:
