Quick Apply Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with with Design and Merchandising teams to develop product across multiple categories and brand partnerships Manage product development calendar, ensuring deadlines are met from sampling to final product delivery Work closely with cross functional teams to review and approve samples Concept and ideate innovative designs that represent brand aesthetic Create product tech packs Assist with presentation set up Review approved samples with production versions Ideate new product designs and concepts through a deep understanding of customer needs, product trends, and brand direction, meeting approved price point, best sellers, as well as ensuring gaps are filled in each collection Collaborate on seasonal design inspiration through design and styling boards Manage time efficiently, execute under tight deadlines, shift priorities with the demands of the business, and maintain high quality standards that represent the brand REQUIRED SKILLS Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Previous Years of Related Experience 4
years in a product design role or similar position Specific Skill Requirements Knowledge of AutoCAD required Ability to work in independently and juggle multiple projects at a time Demonstrates a high level of creativity, attention to detail and organization Knowledge of the Adobe Suite required Quick Apply.
