Responsibilities:
Your role as an Executive Assistant to the Principal Designer would be to provide efficient administrative support, facilitate effective communication, and ensure the smooth functioning of the Principal Designer's daily operations, allowing them to focus on their design responsibilities and strategic initiatives.
Calendar and schedule management:
Responsible for managing the Principal Designer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and design reviews.
You may need to coordinate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient scheduling.
Communication and correspondence:
Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the Principal Designer.
This may include drafting and responding to emails, letters, and other correspondence.
Travel:
Responsible for making travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation and coordinating itineraries for the Principal Designer's business trips and conferences.
Must be able to travel with the Principal Designer to assist with tasks during the trip as needed.
Meeting support:
Assist in preparing for meetings, both internal and external.
This may involve coordinating with participants, preparing meeting agendas, collecting and distributing materials, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Document and presentation preparation:
Assist in the creation and formatting of various documents, reports, and presentations.
This may include formatting documents, proofreading, and editing content, ensuring consistency in branding and design elements.
Miscellaneous administrative tasks:
Responsible for various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling expense reports, maintaining filing systems, and organizing events or special projects.
What you'll bring:

years of experience in supporting an individual on the C-Suite level or higher Outstanding written and oral communication skills, confident and articulate communication Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of the design industry is preferred Proficiency in using technology and digital tools.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
