Responsibilities:
Working with customers and vendors Answering a light number of phone calls and responding to emails from customers and vendors Perform routine administrative tasks quickly and accurately Data entry Manage special projects as assigned Contribute to team effort Qualifications and Skills:
2 Years of office experience High School diploma or equivalent Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Works well independently and with a team Excellent written & verbal communication skills, telephone skills, and administrative writing skills Strong attention to detail, computer literate Desired Attributes:
