We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, loves to work in a team environment, and is looking for a place where they can grow professionally.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and emails from patients and other members of our team.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Checking patients in and out.
Checking patients out at the end of their appointment.
Entering all patient information into our electronic record system.
Ensuring that all paperwork for each patient is completed and sent to the appropriate office manager.
Ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
Ensuring that the office is up to date with all paperwork.
Scheduling new patient appointments.
Answering general questions about the practice or procedures.
Tech savvy , familiar on posting on social media.
Other duties as assigned by the office manager.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
comfortable selling products to our clients.
Familiar with Apple products , Ipad,Desktop, phone, Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred; Office Experience preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment; Must be able to work under pressure of deadlines; Must be able to multitask effectively; Must be able to communicate effectively with other employees and patients; Must be able to stand for long periods of time; Must be able to bend, kneel, twist, reach overhead, lift objects up to 20 pounds as needed.
