Responsibilities:
experienced organized file clerk for physical and digital files.
maintaining closed file logs and physically boxing and storing closed files.
retrieving open pending and closed physical files.
photocopy tasks and projects.
scanning documents.
filing physical and digital mail.
assisting case managers and attorney with medical records reports and bills into physical and digital files.

general office duties - Serve as a personal assistant to support various administrative tasks Requirements:
- Previous experience as a file clerk or in a similar role is preferred - Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively must be hard worker.
