Responsibilities:
Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, organizing mail, and responding to emails Maintain and update office records and files Provide administrative support to the office staff Assist with project management responsibilities including, but not limited to, collecting construction bids, as well as pricing and ordering interior design materials Assist with property management responsibilities including, but not limited to, rent collection, responding to tenant repair requests, and meeting with landscapers, plumbers, and repairmen
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office setting preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Proficiency in note-taking and computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced workplace environment Note:
