They are looking to enhance interactions across their global B2B ecommerce and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
Lead the optimization of global customer experience, including ecommerce transactions, customer portals, and product integration.
Manage projects focusing on new licensing logic and the integration of healthcare solutions.
Utilize databases to create and manage reports, ensuring KPIs are met and publicly reported.
Collaborate with engineering, employing basic coding and database skills for seamless product integration and reporting.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in project management within ecommerce or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with MS SQL, Rest API, and operating systems like Windows/Linux.
Practical knowledge of HubSpot, Jira, and payment platforms.
Basic programming/scripting ability.
Salary:
80-115K with bonus potential, full-time with benefits.
Hybrid:
