org/Home/JobPosting/1913996 Under the direction of the site or District administrator, the Low Voltage Specialist strives to contribute to the overall mission of the district to create an environment that both promotes academic excellence and provides an emotionally safe environment for our students.
The Low Voltage Specialist Installs, maintains, tests, verifies, services and secures all aspects of the District low voltage systems, including conduits, building penetrations, Ethernet cabling, fiber cabling, relay cable, cable terminations, network cabinets, backup uninterruptible power supply units (UPS), IP video surveillance, IP telephony, IP Paging Systems, Access Control, and classroom technology including projection and display systems, audio systems, and other associated technology.
On the job training is provided, including training for proper terminations ( Ethernet, Fiber, etc.
).
