Recruiting Coordinator

Research potential candidate backgrounds to identify prospects to cold-call.
Cold-call prospective candidates to gauge interest and share company mission in each respective market.
Coordinate and support the interview process: scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews for recruiters and hiring managers across multiple markets and time zones.
Update candidate profiles in applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct exit interviews via phone and document feedback.
Compile and complete recruiting reports and other related activities.
College degree required.
1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Assistant preferred.
Energetic personality, team-oriented, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Proven client-service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly, with integrity and sound judgement.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to deliver ahead of deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media/recruiting platforms is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
